A deposit of 25% of the invoice amount must be paid upon acceptance of the offer. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

We ask for your understanding that we can only decide on the exact location on the day of arrival. The pitch request, we gladly accept without obligation and will do our best. But you can be sure: Whether directly in the front row in front of the Rhine or under one of the shady trees: You will feel comfortable everywhere with us.

Are you a teenager (from 16 years) and would like to visit us without parents? Then we need a form, which you can download here. Please understand that we may only accept you upon presentation of this form and a copy of your legal guardian’s ID.

Occupational Overnight stays

In the case of work-related overnight stays, the cultural promotion tax does not apply on arrival (from 1.7.2024 there will be a change, from then on the cultural promotion tax must also be levied for professional overnight stays)..
