Our sanitary building is located on the 1st floor and is reached via an external staircase. For those who need to avoid stairs, a WC with shower is available barrier-free on the first floor. <\/p>\n

The restroom facility is open 24 hours a day. We clean it several times a day. We do everything we can to make sure you feel safe here. <\/p>\n

Oh, and if you happen to have forgotten something: You can also find shampoo, toothpaste, and other items at our kiosk. <\/p>\n

In our open kitchen, 2-burner gas stoves are available for our guests to use freely. We also offer dishes, pots, and pans for rent. Tip: You can get groceries at our kiosk, which has a wide selection. Of course, there\u2019s also seating and a \u201clibrary\u201d where you can borrow books and games. Make yourselves at home here. And for those who want to do laundry: the washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee. <\/p>\n

Our campsite is located in a protected landscape area, so there are a few requirements from the Parks Department, the Environment Department and the Fire Department. Open fire is prohibited! This also includes cooking and grilling with open fire on the campsite. <\/span><\/p>\n

The law for the protection of minors states that we <\/span>no<\/em> can and will accommodate unaccompanied guests under the age of 16 traveling alone. On our homepage you will find a form that must be filled out completely by the parents, including their current phone number. <\/span>Without this consent form<\/em> We will not be able to accommodate anyone. We sincerely ask for your understanding! You can find the form under “Reservations.” <\/span>Please fill out the form completely and have it signed by the parents and the supervisor. Without the form, unfortunately, no overnight stay. <\/span><\/p>\n

Dogs are welcome. In doing so, we assume that you know your pet well and ensure that things will work out peacefully and socially with each other. On the day of departure, you must vacate the campsite by 12:00 p.m.\u2014and leave it clean. If you\u2019d like to leave later, you can take advantage of our late check-out service for a small additional fee; please ask at the front desk to see if it\u2019s available. Late check-out is not available on Fridays, Saturdays, or \u201clong\u201d weekends due to the high volume of arrivals. <\/span><\/p>\n
